Only the last of multiple SQL statements entered within the query window execute/appear in the Query Results pane.

You are correct; only the last SQL statement results will be returned. You
can
run multiple statements which aren't SELECT, i.e. "INSERT INTO ...; SELECT ...". What did you expect the results to look like when executing multiple select statements?

Madelaine Boyd: thanks for your fast response! I thought maybe that the Query Results dropdown would let me move between them, or perhaps a tabbed view of the queries within the window, having executed simultaneously.
